Our standard starting point is 100 pieces per style. Feasibility depends on the product, materials, colourways and size range.
How long does sample development take?
A typical sample takes about 1–2 weeks after we have confirmed the product information and materials. Complex construction or special sourcing may require more time.
What is the normal bulk-production lead time?
Most bulk orders take approximately 3–6 weeks after sample approval and material confirmation. We confirm a project-specific schedule before production begins.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an integrated factory-and-trade apparel company in Dalian, with our own manufacturing and a stable partner-factory network. We match the production route to the product while keeping communication and quality control accountable.
What information should we prepare for an enquiry?
Please share reference images, a tech pack or key measurements where available, estimated quantity, target market and preferred timing. We will review the fit before proposing the next step.
How do you ensure bulk quality before shipment, and how are defects handled?
We conduct strict in-process and pre-shipment QC. If production defects outside the agreed tolerance are found after delivery, we verify the issue and take responsibility through rework or appropriate compensation.
How is the sample fee charged, and can it be credited against a bulk order?
Sample fees are normally two to three times the bulk unit price, depending on construction complexity. Once the agreed bulk quantity is ordered, the sample-fee difference above the bulk unit price is fully credited against the final bulk payment.
Can we supply our own fabric, or must materials be sourced by you?
Both options are available. We accept customer-supplied fabrics and can also source matching fabrics and trims in Dalian and surrounding supply markets based on your design or reference sample.
